Spawn Jars for growing mushrooms.
As you probably already know, contamination is one of the biggest threats to mushroom growers! We have determined that contamination often occurs in the early stages of the mushroom life cycle when the spores are competing against other bacterias. Often times growers encounter bacteria when using unsterilized bird seed or improper containers for inoculation. Therefore, to help in the prevention of contaminants, we are proud to offer Sublicious Spawn Jars. Our Sublicious Jars are specially formulated using a premium mix of wild bird seed and proper sterilization to provide for optimum colonization. Each 5-pack of quart jars comes with detailed instructions explaining how our poly-fill ports provide for easy inoculation. We recommend 1 - 2 CCs of spore solution or .5 - 1.5 of liquid culture per jar. Therefore, our pack of 5 jars is perfect for a 10 CC spore syringe. Please note, we do not provide any spore or cultures but do recommend all sponsors of www.shroomery.org to fulfill this need.
